Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech and Debate Coach to join our team. As a Speech and Debate Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to students of all ages in improving their speech and communication skills. This is a paid position that offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Conduct individual or group speech coaching sessions
- Assess students' current speech abilities and identify areas for improvement
- Develop personalized lesson plans and strategies to address specific speech goals
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help students refine their speech techniques
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students

Skills:
- Classroom experience working with students of different age groups
- Strong tutoring or coaching skills, particularly in the area of speech improvement
- Knowledge of child development principles and effective teaching strategies
- Ability to educate and communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and focus during coaching sessions
